Crawdaddyz Child Safety Standards Crawdaddyz is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Crawdaddyz strictly prohibits: • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) • Grooming of minors • Sexual solicitation of minors • Sexualization of children • Human trafficking involving minors • Any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers children Users who violate these standards will have content removed, accounts suspended or permanently banned, and may be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement authorities. Reporting Child Safety Concerns: Users can report content, messages, profiles, or behavior through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our Child Safety Team. Crawdaddyz complies with applicable child safety laws and Google Play Child Safety Standards requirements. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — Zero Tolerance Crawdaddyz explicitly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses children. This policy applies to all users of the Crawdaddyz app, including the Crawdaddyz app on Google Play. Violations are reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement. Any user found engaging in CSAE will be immediately banned and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities. These standards apply to all users of Crawdaddyz across all platforms, including the Crawdaddyz app on Google Play. Use the report button on any post, comment, or user profile, or email us directly at jefferyph21@gmail.com. Crawdaddyz complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting obligations. We report CSAM and CSAE violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations. Our Commitment The safety of all our community members, especially minors, is our highest priority. We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, endangers, or harms children. Age Requirements Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Crawdaddyz, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Parental Consent: Users under 18 should have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform. Age Verification: We may request age verification if we have reason to believe a user is underage. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be immediately terminated. Strictly Prohibited — Zero Tolerance Policy Crawdaddyz has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The following are absolutely prohibited on the Crawdaddyz platform and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement: • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — production, possession, or distribution • Sexual solicitation or grooming of minors • Sexualization of minors in any form • Predatory behavior toward minors • Soliciting personal information from minors • Inappropriate contact with minors • Sharing content that endangers children • Facilitating or encouraging child exploitation of any kind Protecting Minors Content Moderation: We actively moderate content to ensure it's appropriate for our community, including younger members: • No sexually explicit content • No graphic violence or gore • No promotion of dangerous activities • Age-appropriate discussions of sensitive topics Safety Warnings: Content involving food handling or preparation that could be dangerous requires appropriate safety disclaimers and warnings. Privacy Protection: We encourage all users, especially minors, to: • Not share personal identifying information • Use pseudonyms rather than real names • Not share location details • Be cautious about sharing photos Parental Guidance For Parents and Guardians: We encourage parents and guardians to: • Discuss online safety with your children • Monitor their online activity • Talk about appropriate content and behavior • Help them understand privacy settings • Encourage them to report concerning behavior Parental Controls: Parents can contact us to: • Review their child's account activity • Request account deletion • Report concerns about their child's safety. Include as much detail as possible (URLs, usernames, descriptions) Our Response: Child safety reports receive highest priority: • Immediate review by our safety team • Content removed and accounts suspended immediately if violation confirmed • Report to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) • Cooperation with law enforcement • Preservation of evidence Working With Authorities We work closely with law enforcement and child safety organizations. We report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to NCMEC and cooperate fully with investigations. We also participate in industry efforts to combat online child exploitation.
